Shares Allotment

Initial shareholders & corporate lenders have placed approximately HK$3,000,000 into Paul's Investment Group Limited. Current number of shares allotted is about #28,000. Initial net asset value is HK$78 per share. Maximum number of shareholders is 50. Shares are transferable between shareholders.

Paul's Investment Group Limited announces NAV per share every month, therefore shareholdershave a reference on the share value periodically.

Paul's Investment Group Limited further protects shareholders liquidity by a shares buy back guarantee. Any shareholder who wishes to redeem their shares may seek assistance from Paul's Investment Group Limited. Paul's Investment Group Limited shall buy back the shares with the up coming month net asset value, whereas 2% of handling fee will be levied. The share seller will receive the redemption proceeds within 1 month of their redemption date.
